Rat + Cat Love, Part Deux

So a few weeks back I showed you lovely, animal-lovin fools an adorable video depicting true love if it ever did exist. Many who saw it wondered if the unlikely relationship lasted or if it–like many doomed loves before–fizzled in the end.

Well thankfully the brilliant “directors” behind the first video documenting this torrid love affair, chose to release a sequel.

And for all you haters out there–and let me just tell ya, lilmissvegan is one of ’em–this vid proves that true love really does exist…well for rats and cats at least.

Rat+Cat=True Love, Baby

Unbelievably cute. Almost too cute for words.

This video proves that, unlike many humans, animals are definitely not speciests.

And they don’t care about social norms. They could care less what others’ think. They don’t worry about being shunned by society or their individual social groups. And they don’t fear backlash for daring to step out of the box.

I say all of this because I’m guessing that in the rat world, it’s totally not cool to hang with cats. In fact I imagine rats see cats as being beneath them. Mean, slow and not nearly as witty.

And I’m sure in the cat world, it’s beyond faux-paw (haha. get it?) to make friends with a measly mouse or rat. After all, they’re to be hunted, not befriended.

That’s why I just love this video. It totally defies all social norms in both the cat and rat worlds.

If only us humans could be so unbiased.

Ninja Cat Creepin’

Okay, so it’s a no brainer that I love animals.

I’ve got two kit kats, Kingston and Monroe, and one nine-year-old pup named Bailey.

I take tons of pics of the three of them…way too many I would imagine. Anytime I get the chance, I also try to grab some video footage. The crazy ass shit they pull on a daily basis truly needs to be documented. They do stuff most people wouldn’t believe without seeing…which is exactly why I grab the video camera, ya see? 😉

Unfortunately I have yet to film an amazing clip like the one below. Kingston and Monroe just haven’t been very cooperative actors as of late. It’s incredibly disappointing as a director, and as a parent. One day the spotlight will be their’s…one day.

Anyway, for now, it’s ninja cat’s day. Ninja cat’s been taking the web by storm for months now. And although many of you may have already seen the video, I don’t think it’s possible to ever get tired of watching it.

For you first timers, I happily present to you…ninja cat.
